You understand that Mixolydian and its authorized partners retain full and exclusive ownership of all video, audio, and photographic recordings made during the event.

2. Consent to Record and Use
You grant Mixolydian the right to record, reproduce, broadcast, livestream, distribute, and use your likeness, image, voice, or participation (whether intentional or incidental) for any purpose including but not limited to marketing, archiving, promotion, and sale of content—without compensation or notification.

3. No Claims to Profit or Compensation
By attending this event, you irrevocably waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the media and forfeit any current or future claim to financial gain, royalties, or profit derived from its use, distribution, or sale.

4. Binding Agreement
This agreement is binding upon purchase and applies to all ticket holders and attendees, whether appearing in content directly or indirectly.
